Three ways to sample before production
Most first orders start at Level 2. Use Level 1 to check branding fast, and move to Level 3 only when the case itself needs to be newly developed.
Custom dial, hands, strap on an existing case
The best fit for most private-label launches. You customise the parts customers see first while keeping lead time and sample cost under control.

How it runs
Five stages, two written approvals
Each stage is designed to stop avoidable rework. It is much cheaper to correct a render than to rebuild a finished sample after parts are made.
Brief & feasibilityday 0-2
You send sketches, references or a brief. We come back with what is buildable, what needs changing, and a clear sample-path recommendation.
Render alignmentday 3-5
We turn the brief into a render or exploded technical view so the direction is locked before sample money is spent. This is the first written approval gate.
Component prepday 6-12
Dial print, hands, case finishing, strap, and movement sourcing run in parallel so the sampling path stays short and commercially realistic.
Assembly & QCday 13-18
The sample is assembled by the same production-side team and checked for timing, appearance, fit, and water-resistance requirements.
Courier & approvalday 19-20
We ship the sample with QC photos and notes. Once approved, that sample becomes the reference standard for mass production.

You do not need to decide everything up front. Tell us the three or four things that matter to your brand and we will propose the rest.
Case & finishing
316L steel, titanium, bronze, polished, brushed, sandblasted, IP gold, gunmetal, or DLC black.
Dial architecture
Sunray, matte, enamel, MOP, carbon, applied indexes, pad print, custom colour match, and lume layout.
Movement route
Japanese quartz, Swiss quartz, automatic, mechanical hand-wind, GMT, chronograph, or solar depending on the project.
Hands, crystal, bezel
You can lock visual character early by confirming hand shape, sapphire profile, bezel treatment, and anti-reflective coating.
Strap & bracelet
Leather, FKM, silicone, NATO, five-link, three-link, Milanese, clasp engraving, and buckle options.
Packaging readiness
Retail box, warranty card, manual, pouch, barcode, and packing structure can all be validated before mass production.

Typical sketch-to-sample workflow

Fashion chronograph capsule · approval sample
A more style-led chronograph direction with a blue dial, warm-tone case, and leather strap. The sample stage confirms colour balance, subdial contrast, case finish, and strap feel before the first production run.

Before you ask
Sampling questions buyers ask first
Can I get a sample before committing to an order?
Yes. Most buyers do. The sample fee is charged up front and can be credited against the first bulk order once the commercial threshold is met.
What do you need from me to start?
A sketch, a reference photo, or a simple brief is enough to start. The more helpful details are target case size, preferred movement, order quantity, budget range, and launch timing.
How many revisions are included?
Two render revisions are included in the normal path. Beyond that we quote per round, especially if geometry or architecture changes.
Will the sample match bulk production?
That is the point of the approval sample. Once approved, it becomes the physical reference used by production and QC to compare the bulk run.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We can work under your NDA or provide our own before design files or commercial detail move deeper into review.
Can you copy an existing watch?
No. We can work from a reference image to understand the direction you like, but we do not reproduce trademarked designs or protected branded elements.
